The Positive Change Project is a wellbeing programme.
It is free for everyone and anyone, though it has been specifically designed for high school students, undergraduates, and young people more broadly.
The Positive Change Project hopes to provide people and communities with a toolkit to foster better mental health, and a culture that promotes trust, caring, transparency, integrity, resilience, agility, systems thinking, growth, and empowerment.
We often think of our lives like an arrow shot…
We imagine ourselves clinging to the arrow’s sharpened head as it travels straight and true in one direction, where eventually it either hits the target or misses. However, our lives are messier than that. And thank goodness they are too. We have the capacity to do much more than merely cling on. We have the power to stop, alter direction, return, endure, try again, resist, adapt and change. We are the arrow, and the bow, and the quiver, and the archer.
